Limited Warranty

HANNA products are manufactured in our ISO 9001:2000 facilities, meeting the highest quality standards in the industry. HANNA's high standards also apply should a product be returned due to defects in material or workmanship.

Please refer to warranty period for below products:

  • Bench Meters: 2 years warranty
  • Electrodes (Testers or Meters): 6 months warranty
  • Pen Testers (Electronics): 1 year warranty
  • Checker HC Series: 6 months warranty
  • Portable Meters (HI96XXX series, HI91XX series): 2 years warranty
  • Magnetic Stirrers: 1 year
  • Portable Multiparameter Meters (HI9828 series, HI9829 series):
    • Meter: 2 years warranty
    • Cable: 6 months warranty
    • Sensor: 6 months warranty
  • PCA:  
    • Meter: 1 year warranty
    • Electrode: 6 months
  • Mini Titrators:  
    • Meter: 2 years warranty
    • Electrode: 6 months
  • HI 901, HI 902, HI 903, HI 904, HI921 Titrators:  
    • Base Unit: 2 years warranty
    • Pump/Burrette: 1 year warranty
    • Electrode: 6 months warranty

All HANNA instruments meters are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purpose and maintained according to instructions.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement free of charge.  Damage due to accident, misuse, tampering or lack of prescribed maintenance are not covered.

Instrument Service:

Warranty and non-warranty service, replacement, recalibration and repairs are performed by factory trained service personnel at one of HANNA's Technical Service Centers worldwide. All items sold by Hanna Singapore will come with a serialize code that can be found on all products being shipped to you.  Any product not bearing the serialize code will be refused. All products returned for warranty repair or replacement MUST be preceded or accompanied with proof of purchase, such as the original invoice when requested by the service department.  All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept products for warranty claim that you purchased from one of our Resellers or any other parties.  Please contact the Resellers from whom you purchased when seeking potential warranty repair or replacement.

In most cases, a flat minimum service charge applies to non-warranty repairs or recalibration. Please contact HANNA Singapore Technical Service Department for current rates. Any materials returned for repair which are considered non-warranty may be serviced at hourly cost (excluding parts) following subsequent notification and approval of such.  Evaluation cost for non-warranty repairs applicable.
